The Little Mermaid & the Snail

Can you tell that the kids are home for the summer? I actually just have a couple of funny shots to put on my blog today. My friend Melissa's kids were here swimming with my kids this afternoon. I could hear the kids playing outside my office window. Pretty soon I could hear them all break into a really obnoxious version of "Under the Sea". . . It was enough to get me out of my chair and outside to see what they were up to. I went out there to find the three little boys in the corner singing the song while the only girl, Sage was swirling around on her back and letting her long blonde hair flow in the water. We all giggled for awhile and we took a picture. The shot of the snail is Sage's brother Josiah. He and Tait found and I quote, "A whole family of snails" I actually have a jar of snails in my house now that I'm not very happy about! It made a fun shot.
